After learning that three of her children perished in a house fire early on Friday, a mother is inconsolable.
Yusra Badra, 15, and her two younger brothers, Mohammah Aysheh, 2, and Ali Aysheh, 7, perished while she was watching them while their parents were at work.
When Badra was found, she was immediately declared dead, while her two younger brothers passed away in the hospital.
Around 9:30 am on Friday, the Gretna, Louisiana, fire started.
The mother of the children, according to a relative named Huda Esmail, is inconsolable because she is taking their deaths very hard.
“I pray that God protects them. She informed Fox 8 that “the mother, they say she’s fainting.”
A family friend also sent the family his sympathy.
Allow them to have your patience and support, Abdel Ayyad remarked.
The fire’s origin is still a mystery.
Sheriff Joe Lopinto of Jefferson Parish told WWL-TV that the area was “really engulfed in flames” when his department arrived.
“I don’t really have any answers on the cause of the fire yet. Really sad situation,” he said.
