For the second time in a matter of weeks, YouTube has crashed in Pakistan.
On Tuesday night, customers of a number of Internet Service Providers (ISPs) posted on social media about their inability to access the website. However, the mobile app allowed access to YouTube.
Previously, on August 21 for about an hour, YouTube was unavailable in Pakistan. There was no worldwide outage; it solely affected Pakistan.
It is important to note that popular websites like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube occasionally experience global outages. However, unlike on August 21, there is no widespread outage of YouTube today, and Pakistan was the only country where viewers were having problems.
After the most recent outage, TeamYoutube, a YouTube official account that tweets updates, said that it had received complaints that YouTube was down in Pakistan. However, no formal statement was made by the appropriate Pakistani authorities.
