
The Xiaomi 13 Ultra was unveiled in China in April, and the company is now preparing to release it in other markets. The upcoming Xiaomi smartphone is scheduled to go on sale in Hong Kong and other markets the following week. On Xiaomi’s Hong Kong website, the landing page for the phone has gone live, confirming the launch date of the product. The page also includes a summary of the phone’s key specs, but the global price is not yet disclosed.
The date of the Xiaomi 13 Ultra’s global launch has been formally confirmed by Xiaomi. On June 7, the smartphone will make its debut in Hong Kong. The launch of the phone is being counted down on the website’s landing page.
In the coming weeks, the Xiaomi 13 Ultra is also anticipated to be released in Europe and other markets. Its launch in other markets won’t be announced in full until later. On its Hong Kong website, Xiaomi has shared pictures of the phone in its green color option along with a list of its key specs. The phone has a quad-camera setup with the Leica name inside a sphere-shaped camera island on the back.
On the phone’s price in different countries, there is no official word. However, the single 12GB RAM + 512GB storage variant of the Xiaomi 13 Ultra is reportedly expected to go on sale in Europe for EUR 1,499. The Xiaomi 13 Ultra’s base model, which has 12GB of RAM and 256GB of built-in storage, retailed for CNY 5,999, while the mid-range 16GB RAM + 512GB storage model cost CNY 6,499. The most expensive 16GB + 1TB model cost CNY 7,299.
In April 2023, Xiaomi unveiled the Xiaomi 13 Ultra in China. The phone has a 6.73-inch AMOLED WQHD+ (3,200 x 1,440) display with up to 120Hz refresh rate and 360Hz touch sampling rate. A 4nm octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset, up to 16GB of LPPDR5X RAM, and up to 1TB of UFS 4.0 storage power the device. It comes pre-installed with MIUI 14 for software support, which is based on Android 13.
The Xiaomi 13 Ultra has a Leica-tuned rear quad camera system with a 50-megapixel 1-inch IMX989 primary sensor as its focal point. Additionally, there are three IMX858 50-megapixel sensors. There is a 32-megapixel front camera for taking selfies.
