The Dolphin Force responded quickly to thwart a woman’s attempt to commit suicide on Barki Bridge.
The incident allegedly started when the woman abruptly got out of a rickshaw close to the canal and fled.
Luckily, the Dolphin team was patrolling close by and was able to find her after hearing her distress call on her cellphone.
Domestic arguments had driven the woman—identified as Shahida from Muslim Town, Lahore—to breaking point. Her security was successfully ensured, and she was given back to her husband Javed.
