On a fateful Friday morning in South Memphis, a man was shot and killed. According to the Memphis Police Department (MPD), the fatal shooting happened close to a B.P. gas station on South Parkway East, close to South Side Park, around 9:30 a.m.
The victim was rapper Blac Youngsta’s brother, according to the hip-hop and rap music website Daily Loud. It has also been confirmed by Blac Wood News’ Lofton Jr. William.

Rapper Blac Youngsta, from Memphis, had a younger brother named Tomanuel Benson. Both the local community and the hip-hop community are in mourning over the tragic loss of a young life.
On South Parkway East, Tomanuel Benson’s life was tragically cut short close to a BP gas station; this spot is now connected to the tragic incident.
No official information regarding the victim’s identity or the circumstances of the shooting has been made public while Memphis police conduct their investigation.
The victim was discovered to be dead when police arrived on the scene. A bleak picture of the tragic incident was painted by the police tape that encircled the area and the squad cars that surrounded the gas station.
