Nobis had been incarcerated since February 11 in connection to the DUI arrest that happened on March 25, 2019.
He was taken into custody after he failed to appear for a video conference in connection to the case in August 2021.
Blaine County Idaho Sheriff’s Department is responsible for the arrest.
Ski Magazine released a story a few weeks before his detention that revealed Nobis was facing similar accusations in other states, including Colorado, Idaho, and Wyoming.
