He was from Walton County, Georgia, but was visiting Baton Rouge, Louisiana, for business at the time of his disappearance in late February 2023.
Four blocks away from the Courtyard by Marriott Downtown Baton Rouge, where Millard was staying, is where he was last seen.
The body of the 42-year-old was discovered on Monday, March 6, 2023, wrapped in plastic and rolled in carpet in a vacant lot close to the 2900 block of Scenic Highway.
The Baton Rouge Police posted on Facebook that Millard’s body is currently undergoing an autopsy.
