Leeds native Georgia Bendelow lost away in the hospital as a result of the Selby Road collision between a white BMW M3 and a red Seat Mii.
The crash, which happened on Wednesday, August 31, at around 6.40 p.m. near Swillington Common, seriously injured Georgia, a passenger in the Mii. The former Corpus Christi College student was flown to a medical facility.
Georgia was a human resources apprentice. The toughest thing I’ve ever had to publish, her mother Jo Murphy said on Facebook.
“Last night we said our last goodbye to our beautiful daughter Georgia Mae at 22:43 on Friday 2nd September. Goodnight and god bless, you will always be my sunshine. I love you so so so much.”
Numerous people responded with hundreds of comments honouring the kid and expressing their support for her family.
A 20-year-old guy and a 45-year-old woman who were the other two passengers in the Seat suffered significant injuries.
The driver of the BMW, a 32-year-old Leeds man who was detained after the crash, has been freed while police do their investigation.
At the time of the crash, the BMW had left Crossgates and was travelling toward Garforth.
