Choi had not been seen since the previous day when he was first reported missing on February 22, 2023.
Two days later, her body was discovered in a leased flat. Just 28 years old, Choi.
She apparently frequented celebrity hangouts and had more than 80,000 Instagram followers.
After being captured in a shot at the Elie Saab Spring Summer 2023 Haute Couture show in Paris in January, Choi appeared on the cover of L’Officiel Monaco and gained awareness throughout the world.
How she was killed?
On February 24, 2023, some of her remains were discovered in a rental unit.
The horrifying find was uncovered by police at a flat that the 28-year-ex-father-in-law old’s was renting.
Ms. Choi’s identity card, credit cards, and other valuables were discovered in the home by the police.
Together with her ex-brother-in-law, Abby’s former mother and father-in-law were all placed under arrest.
All three of them have been accused of being involved in the killing of Abby since they were all taken into custody on Friday.
Her ex-mother-in-law is accused of perverting the course of justice, while her ex-father-in-law and her ex-older spouse’s brother, 31, are charged with murder.
Police suspect Abby, who had just graced a magazine cover in Monaco, and her ex-husband and his family had financial disagreements around a house worth 100 million Hong Kong dollars (£10.7 million), which she had intended to sell.

Police said that Abby’s ex-husband, a 28-year-old male with the last name Kwong, was apprehended on Saturday as he tried to escape the city on a speedboat.
After complaining of feeling ill, pictures showed him being brought to the hospital with a bag over his head.
