Unfortunately, the departure of a number of bright rappers has resulted in a slew of casualties for the hip-hop landscape this year. 26Ceejay, a former member of Kodak Black’s group, was murdered on March 30 in his birthplace, making him the most recent artist to die too young.
The event occurred around 6:10 a.m., and witnesses in the area reported hearing gunshots and an explosion about 30 minutes afterward.

He was from Pampano Beach, Florida, in Broward County. While his exact age is unclear to the broader public, his YouTube alias, 26CeeJay98, suggests he was born in 1998. If this is the case, he is approximately 24 years old.
Prior to his sad death, artist 26Ceejay was establishing a name for himself in the music industry. He had previously been a part of Kodak Black’s group, but he had lately begun to establish himself as a single performer, even releasing some of his own music.
