According to officials, an arrest warrant has been issued for the culprit in a double shooting that killed a lady in Phoenix last year.
The 44-year-old Turrail Lightfoot is sought in connection with the death of Latoya Davis, 37, in August, according to a news statement from the Phoenix Police Department.
Following the incident, Lightfoot allegedly fled to Lincoln, Nebraska, according to police.
According to authorities, a grand jury issued a warrant for Lightfoot’s arrest on counts of first-degree murder and serious assault.
Lightfoot is charged with shooting Davis and a lady in her 35s on August 25 at the intersection of 25th and Adams streets.

They were both transferred to a hospital. Davis later passed away from her wounds. The other lady lived.
There is a $2,000 reward for information that results in Lightfoot’s capture.
The suspect is 175 pounds and 6 feet tall. He has brown eyes and black hair.
