Trish Christakis, a CBS reporter, has gone viral on the internet following her NBA game appearance.
The gorgeous 30-year-old basketball anchor won people over after the Miami Heat’s November 6 game against the Los Angeles Lakers.
Christakis joined CBS News Miami in February 2022 and has been a frequent contributor ever since.
Trish, a Chicago native, majored in journalism and graduated from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
As a sideline reporter, the Greek-American covers a variety of sports, including the NBA and NFL.
Last season, Christakis was a mainstay on CBS, covering events including the NBA Finals, the Stanley Cup, the MLS, and March Madness.
She is also the anchor in front of the CBS Sports Desk.
As the Lakers and Heat squared off at the Kaseya Center for an early-season game, Trish was inside the building.
Additionally, a picture of her interrupting her show went viral right after, inspiring followers to express their “love” for the sportscaster.
In reaction to the viral photo, one admirer gasped, saying, “I am suddenly the biggest CBS News Miami fan of all time.”
Another joked: “I see why people love the Heat now.”
A third added: “The GODDESS herself.”
And a fourth commented: “You are perfection.”
Christakis loves playing soccer in her spare time and jokes she is a “wannabe USWNT forward” on her Instagram page.
Trish covered Lionel Messi’s recent move to Inter Miami and dubbed him “the GOAT.”
Christakis wrote: “Playing soccer my whole life, going pro was always the dream.
“But covering the goat for a living is beyond what I could’ve imagined.”
Per her CBS author page, Trish also enjoys working out, being on the water, and volunteering at animal shelters.
