As he works to end his time in detention in Romania, ANDREW Tate has acquired a new member to his squad.
Tate thinks the arrival of Tina Glandian will increase his chances of receiving bail because she has already defended a number of well-known figures in court.
Who is Tina Glandian?
A partner at the law firm Geragos & Geragos, Tina Glandian is a US legal advisor.
She graduated from the University of California with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication in 2003 before pursuing her J.D. at Loyola Law School in 2007.
Due to Ms. Glandian’s success with the company, she opened and now directs their New York branch.
She has been regarded as a rising star in her young career ever since she entered the field.
Given how highly regarded she is in the legal community, Ms. Glandian has previously represented a number of well-known individuals in disputes.
She has advocated for famous people including Jussie Smollett, Chris Brown, Michael Jackson, Kesha, and Mike Tyson.
When Ms. Glandian worked on the case of Smollett, who was freed from prison after being held responsible for orchestrating a hate crime attack in 2019, she garnered media attention.
Ms. Glandian didn’t waste any time in expressing her displeasure with the way the influencers were treated during their journey in Romania.
She remarked, “This is a big injustice as we see it; they should not be imprisoned at this time,” in a chat with Piers Morgan on TalkTV’s Uncensored.
“They are controversial public figures, but that is not a crime.
“At this point we have not been provided any proof of their crimes, nor have they been charged.
“So I would ask that people presume them innocent as they are.”
The Tate brothers have been held in custody by Romanian authorities since a series of raids took place on several properties linked to the influencers.
Ms Glandian continued: “So far the system has failed.
“The lack of evidence was shown by the fact there were still no charges despite the brothers being in custody for a month and police investigating since April.”
As the Romanian authorities continue their inquiries, Andrew Tate and his brother Tristan will be hoping that the addition of Ms. Glandian to their team will result in the case’s breakthrough and result in their release.
Because of the attention being paid to the brothers’ situation, there are discussions about Channel 4 also airing a documentary on Andrew Tate’s ascent.
