Krystal Cascetta, an oncologist in New York City, allegedly shot and killed her infant child before shooting and killing herself, according to the New York State Police. The woman’s husband, Timothy Talty, was not at home when the incident occurred, according to the authorities.

The doctor who killed herself and their child, Krystal Cascetta, was married to Timothy Talty. He is a chef, businessman, and fitness fanatic from the United States.
Talty, the creator of the Talty protein bar, is a 37-year-old man. He started cooking at a very young age.
When Tim Talty was ten years old, he started preparing soups and salad dressings from scratch in his parent’s kitchen. He also picked up baking. He reportedly knew that his purpose in life was to make people happy through his food even at that young age.
Tim Talty finished his undergraduate studies at Johnson and Wales University in Providence, Rhode Island. After receiving his degree, he worked at a number of upscale eateries all over the country and even took cooking lessons from a James Beard Award-winning chef.
Tim Talty worked as the Lead Line Cook at the Gramercy Park Hotel in New York in 2010 and at Torst, also in New York, as a Prep Cook in 2013. After abandoning his passion for three years, he was given the opportunity to “start over from the bottom” by being hired as a prep cook at Torst.
Tim Talty left Torst after less than a year and worked as a private chef for several companies between 2013 and 2017 over the course of four years.
Talty and Krystal were wed in a religious ceremony in 2019 and welcomed a stunning baby girl in March 2023. Cascetta, a physician in New York City, was 40 years old. At Mount Sinai Hospital, she was an oncologist in practice.
The baby was only four and a half months old, according to an online registration, even though the authorities haven’t released the child’s exact age. Police sources claim that the infant was Timothy and Krystal’s sole child.
