Sara Piana is a social media figure with 100,000 Instagram followers on her fitness account.
She was born in Reykjavik, Iceland, on July 4, 1989.
Sara left her home nation at the age of 21 to attend the University of Central Florida, where she studied psychology and law.
Rich Piana was rumoured to be dating Sara Heimisdottir in June 2015.
This connection aided her rise to prominence in the bodybuilding profession, and the couple began making exercise videos together and filming moments from their daily lives.
Sara is now the CEO of Empower With Sara, a motivational channel with the mission of “inspiring and empowering individuals to achieve their goals and live their best lives.”

When did Sara Piana and Rich Piana get married?
Sara and Rich Piana married at the 2015 Mr. Olympia on September 17, 2015.
The pair married with Cody Knapek and Danielle DeGroot in a double wedding.
They had the words “King” and “Queen” tattooed on the outside of their palms before getting married.
Rich allegedly pushed attendees to wear tank tops to his wedding and invited “everyone” on his YouTube channel to attend.
He told fans: “Everybody is invited we are going to have drinks, we are going to have a DJ, we are going to have a little bit of food, it’s just going to be a good time, a good time to get to know people, a good time for a Thursday night”.
Rich Piana donned a sleeveless jacket and shorts to his wedding, and the priest was a friend of Rich’s who was also wearing a sleeveless jacket.

According to sources, Rich and Sara Piana did not have any children.
The couple divorced in the beginning of November 2016.
