From Brooklyn, New York, Robby Hoffman works as a writer, comedian, and talk show host. Although she was born in New York, she and her ten siblings were raised in Montreal, Canada.
Hoffman graduated from McGill University with a degree in communications and accounting. Despite leaving on her first day to pursue a career in comedy, she eventually earned her graduate degree.
Hoffman was the star of the 2018 New York Comedy Festival. The New York native debuted her comedy special I’m Nervous the following year.

When did Robby and Gabby Windey begin dating?
The Bachelorette’s Gabby Windey revealed she was dating Hoffman on The View on August 2, 2023.
“Dating all of those guys while I was on Bachelorette and Bachelorette was such an amazing experience. Now, that’s how people recognize me,” she said.
“And I simply want to live out my truth and my narrative. Because it is a bigger story and a bigger conversation because I’m dating a girl, I have been seeing someone for a few months but have kept it a little more private.”
Then, Windey revealed her girlfriend’s identity on Instagram.
Three months into their relationship, they call it “the best experience.”
