Ferrari’s enormous fan base scrutinised them in 2022 for dubious tactics used during the previous season. They also lost the championship to Red Bull in quick succession as a result of that.
Ferrari made significant changes to their paddock as a result. In addition to firing Mattia Binotto, Ferrari also fired Inaki Rueda, their top strategist, and hired a new player with no prior F1 experience.
Ravin Jain was brought in by the Maranello-based setup to fortify the Italian team’s defences. Fans are therefore interested in the identity of this 26-year-old, who is expected to provide better services than his predecessors and somehow assist Ferrari in achieving success.

Who is Ravin Jain?
Jain began working for Ferrari in 2017, so he has been there for about six years. He has a strong academic background and is of Indian descent, giving him credibility with the team.
The new Ferrari head of strategy has a physics undergraduate degree and an Oxford University master’s degree with distinction in mathematics and theoretical physics.
He acquired expertise working as an intern at Catheram and Williams prior to Ferrari. After moving up the ranks in motorsport, he joined the most successful F1 team and is now assisting them in preserving their history.
In contrast to Binotto, his predecessor Rueda has not yet been fired from the team. Instead, he now has a “sporting role located in a factory.” Although Binotto initially wanted to get rid of Rueda, he didn’t stick on the squad long enough to carry it out. However, the assignment was finished by the new team leader Fred Vasseur.
Ferrari is eyeing championship glory in 2023
The 2022 campaign was heartbreaking for the entire Ferrari team. Last season, the team had a great start before losing steam behind Red Bull’s consistency.
Ferrari realised they would not be taking home the title by the time the French Grand Prix was over. So they got to work on their idea for 2023. According to reports, the new car outperformed F1-75 on the simulator by one second.

It’s difficult to determine whether the stats were accurate during the testing period because all of the best teams sandbag during this time of the year. Ferrari’s pace won’t be known with any degree of certainty until after the first four races of the season are through. The Tifosi nevertheless expect to stabilise this season despite all the changes.
