Nikki Margera, also known as Nicola Boyd, is considering seeking a restraining order against her husband Bam Margera, according to TMZ, citing sources close to the situation. The American skateboarder was recently arrested for public intoxication.
Margera was arrested after allegedly causing a commotion in a Los Angeles restaurant while under the influence of alcohol. The story was first reported by TMZ. According to the report, Burbank police were called to a Thai restaurant where Nikki and Phoenix were eating on Wednesday. Bam Margera got into an argument with a woman. It is unknown whether she was his estranged wife.
A rumoured video of the incident went viral on social media. Margera was seen leaving the restaurant with officers surrounding him, according to the video.
Nikki told TMZ that the incident “was scary for me and even more scary for Phoenix.” She further called it a shame because “the visitation that Bam had with Phoenix the prior day in Hollywood went reasonably well.”
“This is the umpteenth time that Bam takes one step forward and ten steps back,” Nikki added.
