On January 27, 2023, at 9.10 am in St. Michael’s on Wyre, Lancashire, Nicola was last seen.
The mother-of-two, who is 5 feet 3 inches tall, was last seen walking her dog alongside a river path.
Ms. Bulley was last seen with her hair pulled back into a ponytail and was sporting a long, black gilet jacket with a hood.
She was wearing olive-green ankle wellies with black jeans.
On a bench, Nicola’s phone and dog’s lead were discovered. Her dog was also discovered to be secure.
On February 3, 2022, police held a news conference and stated that their “primary working hypothesis” was that Nicola had “unfortunately fallen in the river.”
Additionally, Supt. Sally Riley acknowledged that they are unable to account for Nicola’s movements for a ten-minute period.
Between the time of the last verified sighting at 9.10am and the time when Nicola’s phone was on a business call on the bench at 9.20am, this occurred.
Who is Nicola Bulley’s boyfriend?
Paul Ansell, Ms. Bulley’s partner, is a professional engineer.

He has publicly discussed the suffering the family is experiencing.
When he had to tell her daughters that “mummy’s lost,” they sobbed.
Ansell told reporters: “My whole focus is my two girls, just staying as strong as I can for them.
“I’m scared that if I put focus into anything else it’s going to take my focus off that.
“Just hoping to goodness that anything comes out from the interview yesterday no matter how tiny.”
Ansell has described how the family are going through a “perpetual hell” as they try to locate Ms Bulley.
An extensive search continues, with many local residents helping out in trying to find more information.
The parents and sister of Ms. Bulley have stated that her kids “need her home.”
