Who is Natasha Shishmanian?
Natasha Shishmanian is a London-based professional golfer.
She is well known as the third wife of presenter Chris Evans.
The half-Armenian 43-year-old was born to businessman Aram Shishmanian and his wife Sarah.
Her father encouraged her to play golf as a child, and she went on to compete in tournaments.
Despite not winning any major championships, she used her understanding of the game to write a column for Golf Punk.
When did Natasha marry Chris Evans?
Chris and Natasha first met during the Newport All-Star Celebrity Tournament in 2005.
Natasha’s friend Ronan Keating, with whom she frequently played golf, introduced them.
Reminiscing on their first encounter, Natasha told the Daily Express: “On the 13th hole it comes back to the clubhouse before it goes back out again, and you were on the little balcony with Ronan – and that was that!”
She continued: “Then a couple of months later, it was the actual All Star Cup at Celtic Manor and so we had a few drinks together [at the party].
“Then the next morning, we happened to be on the same team which was a delight!”
Chris added: “And we’ve been on the same team ever since!”
The happy couple married in the Guildford Registry Office took place took years later in August 20007.
How many children does Natasha have?
Natasha and Chris have four children.
Natasha had their first kid together in 2009.
The couple utilized IVF to create their son Eli and twins after she survived a near-fatal ectopic pregnancy the following year.
Chris, who dubbed the couple Ping and Pong throughout their pregnancy, announced their birth in a statement read live on the Radio 2 Breakfast Show by guest host Sara Cox.
The statement said: “Ping and Pong arrived safe and well last night. Ping popped her head out at 22.10, Pong popped his head out 12 minutes later at 22 minutes past 10.
“Both healthy, both strong, happy and blessed, as was mum throughout.
“Infinite thanks to the amazing team at Frimley Park Hospital, amazing people, amazing professionals, helping dreams come true. Thank you.”
Chris is also dad to daughter Jade from his previous relationship with former fiancée Alison Ward.
