CARNAGE occurred when a driver approached another driver while brandishing a knife, killing the man.
Years after being found guilty of the crime, Gary Black admitted he still feels no remorse for killing Jason Johnson.
Who is Gary Black?
Gary Black was a pimp with a history of legal troubles before he was found guilty of killing Jason Johnson.
He was given a 25-year prison term in 1976 for attacking a woman and almost taking her life.
Black was freed from prison after completing just 12 years of his sentence and went back to his life of pimping and prostitution.
He met Tammy Lawson through the illicit work he did as a brothel owner.
Through the passenger window, he stabbed Johnson in the neck while brandishing a knife.
Johnson succumbed to the stab wound and passed away three days later.

Although he had previously received a death sentence, the state overturned it in 2004.
He went through a second trial in 2006, and the verdict was the same—he was found guilty of first-degree murder and given the death penalty.
He entered an Alford plea in 2010 and was spared the death penalty, but he was nevertheless sentenced to life in jail without the possibility of parole.
