After confessing to killing two “adorable” girls in a horrific accident, a DRIVER is now facing jail time.
In a Volkswagen Polo, driven by Madison North, 21, and Liberty, 17, crashed with an Audi RS6.
“My beautiful nieces Maddie 21 and Libby 17. Adorable daughters of my dear brother Jason and sister-in-law Verity.
The two were tragically unable to be saved and were pronounced dead at the scene on the A361 in Frome, Somerset.
Thomas Lenthall, 39, entered a guilty plea to causing the sisters’ deaths when he appeared today at Bristol Crown Court.
The businessman was not charged today with two further counts of causing death while operating a motor vehicle without insurance.
He was kept in detention until his November 23 sentencing.
After the incident on July 25, Lenthall was taken to the hospital where his status was listed as critical but stable.
Following the girls’ untimely passing, condolences poured in for Maddie and Libby.
Our hearts are broken into a million pieces,” their aunt remarked.
