What happened to Kirra Hart?
Kirra was allegedly attacked by three girls in a video.
The video was shot on a cell phone and shows her being punched and kicked repeatedly.
Kirra was severely injured and bleeding when her parents discovered her after the attack.
Due to their youth, the alleged perpetrators were only fined and warned about the attack.
Kirra’s mother, Kristen Hart, has set up a GoFundMe page to assist with the medical expenses incurred during Kirra’s hospitalisation and to support the family during this difficult time.
Kristen wrote on the GoFundMe: “Hi my name is Kristen, Kirra Hart’s Mumma. As we’ve had so many people asking us to set up a go fund me to help support Kirra through extraordinarily hard time, we’ve decided to go ahead.
“Kirra Has been through a lot recently, as I’m sure you’re all aware. She was viciously attacked by 3 people over hours of time, and was placed into hospital for recovery. This has not only been physically traumatizing, but mentally as well.
“The kind words my daughter is receiving from you all is so much appreciated and we’re so very grateful to each and every one of you.”
She then thanked those who have offered support: “Thank you a million times and more!! It’s not about the money, even just your kind words and prayers are doing so much!
Rhynisha Grech and Chloe Denman are believed to be two of the girls involved in the attack on Kirra.
Other people are thought to have been involved as well.
