Learn more about Tom Sizemore’s two children from his marriage to Janelle McIntire, as the actor’s family is “deciding end-of-life matters” following a brain aneurysm.
“Doctors informed his family today that there is no longer hope and have recommended an end-of-life decision,” his manager said.
Tom Sizemore is best known for his roles in Heat (1995), Saving Private Ryan (1998), and one episode of Cobra Kai.
The 61-year-old suffered the aneurysm on February 18 at his Los Angeles home and is still in a coma as his health deteriorates.

Jagger and Jayden Sizemore are the actor’s twin sons. They are 17 years old and were born in July 2005.
He welcomed them with Janelle McIntire, a woman he dated from 2003 to 2006. She is not well-known, and little is known about her.
The twins rarely appear in public with their father, and there are no photos of them as teenagers online.

Prior to the birth of his twins, the actor was married to soap actress Maeve Quinlan for three years, from 1996 to 1999.
She is best known for her role as Megan Conley on The Bold and the Beautiful for 11 years and for starring in the series South of Nowhere.
She also starred as Rhonda in the 2002 film Ken Park, as well as in the comedy Totally Blonde and the web series Girltrash.
Sizemore moved on with a woman named Heidi Fleiss after the divorce and was sentenced to six months in prison for abusing her.
“The family is now deciding end of life matters and a further statement will be issued on Wednesday,” the Black Hawk Down star’s manager told Page Six.
“We are asking for privacy for his family during this difficult time, and they wish to thank everyone for the hundreds of messages of support and prayers that have been received. This has been a difficult time for them.”
The 61-year-old suffered a brain aneurysm as a result of a stroke and was rushed to a nearby hospital after being found unconscious.
“Tom is hospitalized in intensive care due to a brain aneurysm,” his manager revealed. “He is currently in critical condition and it’s a wait-and-see situation.”
This comes as TV star Joe Exotic is said to be in poor health. According to a new report, doctors suspect he has bladder cancer but he has refused treatment.
