Georgie Stone OAM is a Melbourne-born Australian actress and writer who is most known for supporting transgender rights.
The 23-year-old was born on May 20, 2000, has a twin brother named Harry, and in 2011, at the age of ten, she received hormone blockers, making her the youngest Australian to do so.
She started hormone replacement therapy in 2015, and today she is one of Australia’s most well-known transgender people.
The Dreamlife of Georgie Stone, a 28-minute documentary on her life, debuted on Netflix in September 2022.Georgie joined the Neighbours ensemble in 2019 and made an appearance in the Neighbours: Erinsborough High spin-off the same year.

The first transgender character to ever appear on the show, Mackenzie Hargreaves, was played by Georgie when she initially joined the cast of Neighbours in March 2019.
In the follow-up series Erinsborough High later that year, Georgie returned to the role of Mackenzie for five episodes.
It looked at exploring problems that trouble teenagers today across the board.
Georgie was promoted to the main cast a month later, in October 2019, and has remained there ever since.
She even collaborated with executive producer Jason Herbison to co-write an episode of the well-liked TV show that aired in July 2020.

Greg Stone, Georgie’s father, is a successful actor who has had roles in theater, television, and motion pictures.
Greg, 62, graduated from Sydney’s National Institute of Dramatic Art in 1983 and is regarded as one of the country’s best stage actors after participating in more than 70 plays.
He received a Helpmann Award and a Green Room Award in 2006 for his portrayal of George W. Bush in David Hare’s movie Stuff Happens.
