Police in Memphis have confirmed that THREE people have died after a gunman opened fire at an Autozone, shooting several civilians as he went.
Local authorities named a suspect, Ezekiel D. Kelly, after the atrocity was live-streamed on Facebook by the offender.
Who is Ezekiel Kelly?
On September 7, 2022, a resident of Tennessee started randomly shooting at Memphis residents.
The suspect has been identified as Ezekiel Kelly, 19, by the Memphis Police Department.
They then confirmed around 9.15pm that Kelly had been taken into custody.
The US Sun is able to establish that Kelly is facing accusations from 2020 for reckless endangerment, using a firearm with intent to commit a crime, aggravated assault, and criminal attempt of first-degree murder.
Local authorities named a suspect, Ezekiel D. Kelly, after the culprit live-streamed the atrocity on Facebook.
According to Shelby County court records, he admitted to aggravated assault while the other charges were dropped.
He was tried as an adult on April 6, 2021, and received a sentence of three years in the Shelby County Department of Corrections.
He has a payment plan in place after being sentenced to pay $12,389.50 in penalties and expenses.
On March 16, 2022, he was released after receiving a three-year sentence.

On Facebook, a violent shooting that took place at 4.30 p.m. local time showed a shooter entering an Autozone and opening fire on people without provocation.
At least six people are believed to have been shot by the suspect, Kelly, leaving three people dead.
A man was shot and killed in a shooting at 4.35 pm in South Memphis on South Parkway East.
A woman was hurt on Norris Road only a short while afterwards, according to WREG.
In a press conference, Memphis police described the shooting rampage as “senseless” and a “terrible” act of violence.
Kelly was arrested and taken into custody just over the state line from Memphis.
