Joseph Charles Rudd, better known by his ring name Rowan, is an American actor and professional wrestler. On November 28, 1981, in Minneapolis, Minnesota, Joseph was born.
He first began working for WWE in 2011. Joseph made the decision to begin transitioning his career to acting in addition to his work in the ring.
In the 2019 drama Back Fork and the 2021 film Ghosts of the Ozarks, he played an actor.
But as of right now, the best wrestler is working for AWE and going by the ring name Erick Redhead.
What are the ring names of Joseph Ruud?
He appeared in the WWE as Erick Rowan, a member of the Wyatt Family. He had won the SmackDown Tag Team twice and was the NXT Tag Team Champion at the time.
2018’s SummerSlam saw Rowan sustain a distressing injury. His bicep was tragically torn while he was competing live. Later on, Erick recovered and rejoined his tag team.
But in 2020, he changed his name to Erick Redbeard and made his AEW debut. In the wrestling community, he is referred to as Big Red quite frequently.

The Wyatt Family: Who are they?
An American professional wrestling team called The Wyatt Family competed in WWE. The group first gained fame in 2012 and established itself as a mainstay in the WWE universe.
Luke Harper, Bray Wyatt, and Erick Rowan founded it in the beginning. After Wyatt declared he was “setting Harper and Rowan free” in September 2014, the original group started to disband.
The family got back together in July 2015, and Braun Strowman joined.
After Strowman withdrew in 2016, Randy Orton joined and The Wyatt Family went on to win the SmackDown Tag Team Championship.
Bray Wyatt, who passed away in August 2023, was one of the group’s two unfortunate losses. In December 2020, Luke Harper tragically passed away as well. Following the passing of his former teammate Jonathan Huber, Erick Rowan broke down in tears.
The star honored his friend during his AEW debut. When Rowan emerged to aid his old friend’s faction The Dark Order in defeating The Inner Circle, he made an unexpected appearance on the competing program AEW Dynamite.
Rowan, also known as Erick Redbeard, held a sign that read, “Goodbye for now, my brother,” after the match. I’ll see you later on.
