Cyndy Garvey, née Truhan, is a Detroit, Michigan native and American television personality. She was born on July 16, 1949.
For ABC’s California division, Cyndy co-anchored A.M. Los Angeles with Regis Philbin from 1978 to 1981.
She served as one of the four co-hosts of the NBC game program Games People Play from 1980 to 1981.
She and Regis collaborated once more for ABC’s The Morning Show in 1983.
The broadcaster departed the program in 1984, and Ann Abernathy took over.
