Emails found on Hunter Biden’s infamous laptop show him telling Devon Archer that Chinese businessman Che Feng adored him for his “last name” and a collection of “very handsome Aryan godlike men” he carried around everywhere.
The email, according to the report, was sent in 2011. With Feng’s assistance, Hunter and Archer had just closed a multi-million dollar deal. “The simple answer to your question, ‘Why does Super Chair love me so much?’ is given. In a letter dated September 22, 2011, the Hunter explained to Archer that “it has nothing to do with me and everything to do with my last name. (And I bring along very handsome Aryan godlike men wherever I go.)”
The email trail also showed that Michael Lin, a co-founder of Bulger, sent Hunter the details of the joint venture fund. The Lin email stated, “Gents, Rock just sent me the translation of the cooperation term sheet (below and attached) about which Jonathan is currently speaking with SS in HK.
“Jonathan will use this (with blanks filled after confirmation with SS) to discuss with us in DC,” Lin continued. The emails that followed also contained mentions of Feng.
“Jonathan has good news after his meeting in [Hong Kong] with Super Chairman…Jonathan owns 10%, we three own 20%, of the fund management company. He wrote, “(Still very, very good for you two and me!)” ‘I’m not being greedy even though I commit US$100 million,’ said Super Chairman. Actually, I’m going to give some of the remaining 70% to other large Chinese businesses that I’m going to invite to join us, businesses like China Investment Corp. or similar high-powered businesses.
Hunter forwarded Lin’s email to Archer with excitement, noting that the deal appeared to be a gold mine. He gushed, “I no longer believe in lottery tickets, but I do believe in the super chairman.” “I know Michael can be overly optimistic, but I believe the sky is the limit if we owned 20% of a fund backed by the CIC super chairman. This smells more and more authentic…I do have faith in the super chairman, and I’m beginning to think that this is how events actually play out on the mainland. I read the email and will review the terms and conditions on my subsequent flight.
Che Feng: Who is he?
Feng, 53, and Ma Jian, the former vice minister of state security and head of China’s KGB equivalency, were once business partners. Feng aided in the partnership with Jonathan Li’s Bohai Capital and the lateral launch of Bohai Harvest RST for Hunter’s company, Rosemont Seneca Partners, and James Bulger’s Thornton Group LLC.
Joe Biden met Li for coffee while vice president, according to Archer, who testified before the House Oversight Committee on Monday. Later, he also wrote his daughter a letter of recommendation for college.
Feng is also married to Dai Xianglong, a former governor of the People’s Bank of China. He is being looked into by the authorities right now because they suspect him of corruption.
In the province of Anhui’s Hefei, Feng was born. He has prior military experience with the People’s Liberation Army. He came to Shanghai to operate a small clothing shop. Feng eventually obtained a loan worth more than 200 million yuan in 2004 and worked with Hopson Development to construct a 34-story office building in Shanghai’s Lujiazui financial district.
He had 30 companies under his control by 2015 and was well-known in Chinese investment circles.
