Before Tenenbaum, Lee had a previous marriage to philanthropist Barbara Fish.
From 1968 until 1995, when they filed for divorce, the ex-couple was wed.
In Boston, Massachusetts, Barbara Fish Lee established and currently heads both the Barbara Lee Family Foundation and the Barbara Lee Political Office.
