The Dallas Mavericks selected Jalen in the 2018 NBA Draft.

The professional basketball player first met his wife, Ali Marks, when they were both high school students in Illinois.
Physical therapist Ali Marks is from Illinois. Ali graduated from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign in 2017 with a bachelor’s degree in kinesiology and exercise science.
Later, she went to Northwestern University to get her doctorate in physical therapy.
She relocated to Dallas after receiving her degree in order to be with Jalen.
When did Jalen and Ali get married?
In September 2022, in the high school gym, Jalen proposed to Ali after several years of dating.
On July 29, 2023, at the Ritz-Carlton in Chicago, the couple exchanged vows. Ali discussed their plans for the wedding in his conversation with People.
