Olga Carmona is a professional footballer from Spain.

She was born in Seville, Spain on June 12, 2000.

Carmona began her football career at the age of six, when she joined the youth squad Sevilla Este.

She later joined Sevilla FC’s junior team, where she earned her way up to the senior squad.

The footballer scored five goals in 25 games during her debut professional season.

In the summer of 2020, Carmona signed with Real Madrid’s newly founded women’s football club.

Carmona made her senior squad debut for Spain in April 2021.

She previously played for the country’s under-19 squad and competed in the 2018 and 2019 European Championships.Carmona has been chosen to Spain’s squad for the 2023 FIFA Women’s World Cup, which will be hosted in Australia and New Zealand.

The team advanced all the way to the competition final, when they faced England.

Carmona scored the game’s first goal within the first 30 minutes.

Her net worth is estimated to be approximately £1 million.

Carmona displayed a message reading “Merchi” on a shirt underneath her Spain jersey after scoring in the Women’s World Cup final.

According to reports, “Merchi” refers to Carmona’s previous school, Mercedes College.

Throughout the World Cup, the school has shown its support for the former pupil.

Following the semi-final, the school posted a video of Carmona in action.

The picture was captioned: “Go Olga! Our former student makes history with the Spanish women’s football team and scores the goal that gives us the pass to the final.

“For all Olga, for all Spain!”
