A severe and unheard-of heatwave is currently affecting the Islamabad Capital Territory (ICT). The sweltering temperatures persist despite rain being predicted.
The federal capital’s temperatures have risen above 41°C, according to a reliable source for weather predictions. To make matters worse, the temperature “feels like” it has soared to a scorching 51°C. Residents’ daily lives have become incredibly uncomfortable as a result of these extreme conditions.
In addition to the temperature increases, the humidity has reached a 39 percent level. Finding relief from the oppressive heat is becoming more difficult as a result of the heat and humidity.
With regard to sweltering heat, Islamabad has even surpassed Dubai. Islamabad has experienced hotter temperatures than Dubai, where the current temperature is 37°C with a “feels like” temperature of 47°C.
