Although you’ve probably seen a lot of people perform Michael Jackson’s signature moonwalk, have you ever seen somebody “Moon-peddle”? Imagine the people’s shock and delight when they witnessed an elderly man in Multan riding his Sohrab bicycle in that manner.
The elderly man, sometimes referred to as “Chacha Shapatar” by internet users, gained notoriety on social media for pedaling his bicycle backward. In the footage, an elderly man can be seen riding his bicycle directly in front of oncoming vehicles in the middle of the street.
According to the Instagram post, the video appears to be from Multan, though the specific location is yet unknown. While many people found the funny video to be amusing, others blasted it for encouraging reckless behavior on a busy main road.

During his escapades, Chacha Shapatar also alarmed a couple of motorcycles. The elderly man was filmed trying to regain his balance after striking a large pothole and nearly colliding with the bikers who were recording him.
Shortly after, the elderly man abruptly and unannouncedly joined the extreme-left lane, blocking the lane for fast traffic. The authorities have not yet commented on the subject, which has generated conflicting views online.
