The company has introduced the Vivo Y78+ (T1) Edition in China. The latest Y series device from the company is equipped with an Adreno 619 GPU and Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 695 SoC, as well as 8GB of LPDDR4x RAM and up to 256GB of internal storage. It has a 5,000mAh battery and 44W wired fast charging is supported. Notably, the Chinese smartphone manufacturer debuted the Vivo Y78+ in April of this year with comparable specs. A base Vivo Y78 model with an octa-core 6nm MediaTek Dimensity 7020 5G SoC is also available in the series.
Price and Availability:
The price of the Vivo Y78+ (T1) is CNY 1,599 for the 8GB + 128GB model and CNY 1,799 and CNY 1,999 for the 8GB + 256GB and 12GB + 256GB variants of the phone, respectively. The phone is available in the Chinese translations of Azure, Moon Shadow, and Warm Sun Gold.

It comes pre-installed with Android 13 and OriginOS 3.0.

The Vivo Y78+ (T1)’s rear camera unit has an optical image stabilization (OIS)-enabled 50-megapixel primary rear sensor, a 2-megapixel portrait sensor, and an LED flash. At the top of the display, a punch-hole slot with the 8-megapixel front camera sensor in the center of it is used.

The phone has a 5,000mAh battery and supports 44W wired fast charging.
