AnTuTu benchmarking database has reportedly revealed the existence of a Vivo handset with the model number PD2266, according to a tweet posted by tipster Mukul Sharma (Twitter: @Stuffslisings). The phone is thought to be Vivo’s upcoming Vivo X Fold 2, a second-generation foldable gadget.
According to the listing, Android 13 will be installed out of the box on the Vivo X Fold 2. The tipper further asserts that the foldable smartphone would ship with 512GB of storage and 12GB of RAM. Sharma did not say whether the foldable tablet will be offered in more storage configurations, though.
The smartphone will be fitted with Qualcomm’s most recent flagship Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 Processor, according to the device’s AnTuTu results. According to a report by 91Mobiles, the rumored second-generation foldable Vivo gadget achieved a total of 1,318,092 points, surpassing the other top-ranked Android smartphone on AnTuTu’s benchmarking test database, the Nubia Red Magic 8 Pro+, which scored 1,304,235. A single 3.2GHz Cortex-X3 core, two 1.8GHz Cortex-A715, two 2.8GHz Cortex-A710, and three 2.0GHz Cortex-A510 cores are specified as being present in the device.
The Vivo X Fold 2 is said to include an 8-inch E6 AMOLED foldable display on the interior that supports 2K resolution at up to 120Hz refresh rate, according to earlier rumors. The smartphone is anticipated to include three cameras on the back, including a 12-megapixel ultra-wide-angle lens from Sony, a 12-megapixel telephoto lens from Sony, and a 50-megapixel sensor from Sony with optical image stabilization (OIS).
