With the alleged Vivo V29 series of smartphones, Vivo will reportedly broaden its V series of mobile devices. Vivo has not yet provided any information about the smartphone, but a tipster has leaked the design renderings for the Vivo V29 Lite 5G. The leaked images have shown off both the front and back designs of the phone. The device might have a curved display with a hole-punch cutout in the middle. The color choice for the phone has also been displayed. It is rumored to be available in a Black colorway.
The alleged Vivo V29 Lite 5G’s design renders were recently shared on Twitter by tipster Sudhanshu Ambhore (@Sudhanshu1414). The front of the smartphone is shown to have a curved display, and the top-center punch-hole houses the front camera. The phone has a rectangular camera island on the back that houses a triple rear camera setup in two circular camera modules. On the back, an LED flash is also visible.
Furthermore, the phone has Vivo branding on the back panel. The right edge of the Vivo V29 Lite may have a power button and a volume rocker, while the bottom of the device is depicted as having a USB Type-C port and speaker grills.
Online leaks of the Vivo V29 Lite 5G specifications have previously occurred. The phone was rumored to have a 6.78-inch full-HD+ AMOLED display with a resolution of 1080×2400 pixels, a 20:9 aspect ratio, and a refresh rate of 120Hz. According to reports, a Snapdragon 695 SoC and up to 8GB of RAM will power the phone.
The phone will come equipped with two 2-megapixel camera sensors in addition to a 64-megapixel primary camera sensor with OIS support. It might have a 16-megapixel selfie sensor on the front. The smartphone is additionally said to have a 5,000mAh battery that supports 44W charging. It is probably 7.89×74.79×164.24mm in size and 177g in weight.
