The man, who appeared to be in his 70s, was reportedly having COVID-related problems before to his death, according to a preliminary inquiry, a Royal Bahamas Police Force official told NBC News.
According to officials, three Americans perished at the resort in May of last year from carbon monoxide poisoning.
