Even though the Pakistani Rupee has significantly strengthened against the US Dollar, United Auto Industries (Pvt.) Limited announced an increase in United Motorcycle Prices in Pakistan (USD to PKR). The business reportedly raised the price of a few United Motorcycles in Pakistan, including the US-70CC, US-100CC, and US-125CC. At the beginning of the month, on August 6, 2022, the new United Motorcycle Prices went into effect.
The company claims that the rising cost of raw materials and the unstable Pakistani Rupee against the US Dollar are to blame for the rise in United Motorcycle Prices in Pakistan (USD to PKR). It is important to note that despite the fact that most of the components needed for these motorcycles’ assembly are produced locally, all motorcycle manufacturers are raising prices every other month and giving the same justifications.
Even though the Pakistani Rupee has significantly appreciated against the US Dollar and the country’s major automakers have announced price reductions, even though automobiles are manufactured using Completely Knocked Down (CKD) kits imported into the nation, these manufacturers are raising costs.
