The UFC delivers phenomenal pay-per-views one after the other, and UFC 285 is one of the most anticipated pay-per-views coming up. The main event of UFC 285 on March 4th will be a fight between Jon Jones and Cyril Gane for the world heavyweight championship. Yes, you read that correctly: Jon ‘Bones’ Jones will make his long-awaited return to the octagon at UFC 285. But that isn’t all. Valentina Shevchenko, aka ‘The Bullet,’ will defend her flyweight title against up-and-coming Alexa Grasso.

UFC 285 Matchups
Jones vs. Gane: Now that Jon Jones is back in the cage, it will be interesting to see how he performs in the octagon. Cyril Gane is one of the most decorated heavyweight strikers in history. Jones has now fought at 205 pounds and has dominated the division.
This fight would be a significant step up for Jon Jones as he moves up a weight class. The heavyweight weight limit is 265 pounds. The fans want to know how Jones will catch up with the weight, how he will manage his cardio, and if he will get the job done. At UFC 285, we find out.
Aside from the main event and co-main event, we have some bangers on the card. Rakhmonov will compete in 170 pounds against Neal. Rakhmonov’s stock is quite high due to his incredible performances in the octagon. Geoff Neal, the division’s former dark horse, should not be underestimated.
