After a young man was shot and killed, a MURDER investigation was opened.
At 4.20 am on Thursday, Tyler McDermott, 17, was discovered in the street with a gunshot wound.
He passed away Friday afternoon in the hospital.
Police claim there was a sizable crowd present when Tyler was shot in Tottenham, North London.
The Met Police’s Det Chief Insp Neil John said: “It is vital we hear from anyone who heard or saw anything suspicious.
“We know that there was a large group of people there at the time.
“We are waiting to speak with you.
“Please do the right thing and come forward.”
Tyler is the third teenager to be killed in the capital in eight days.
Chima Osuji, 17, was stabbed in Chingford, East London, on Easter Monday.
He was killed, and two 16-year-old boys are accused of it.
On April 6, a suspected arson at a flat in Beckton, East London, claimed the life of 15-year-old Tiffany Regis.
