A MAN has been charged with murder after a woman with “multiple” injuries was discovered dead in her house.
Alison Dodds, 51, was discovered dead in her Blackpool home last Thursday.
Alison’s bereaved family has paid homage to the Blackpool woman, adding, “We are shook up and upset that Alison has died in this way, it is not the way she should have gone and we all love and miss her.”
Police were called to a home on Redcar Road in Blackpool before 11 a.m. on September 21 after allegations that a woman’s body had been discovered.
According to a Home Office post mortem, Alison’s remains were recovered with “multiple serious injuries.”
Hindley has been remanded in custody and is scheduled to appear in Blackpool Magistrates Court on Tuesday.
