In accordance with an agreement with “Blue Foods” (Private) Limited, the renowned Canadian coffee and baked goods chain Tim Hortons launched its first and flagship location in Phase 6, DHA Lahore on Friday. The flagship location is a specially constructed building with cosy interiors and a welcoming atmosphere inspired by the brand’s Canadian roots to offer Pakistan’s coffee-loving customers a superior experience. With more than 150 seats, the establishment will be the largest and first drive-thru coffee shop in Pakistan. In Gulberg, Lahore, the second and third shops will debut on February 18 and 25, respectively.
Tim Hortons’ parent company, Restaurant Brands International, top executives, prominent bloggers, business leaders from the industry, dignitaries, and members of the diplomatic community all joined Blue Foods to celebrate the launching of the Tim Hortons brand.
The youngsters were invited to spend the day at the flagship store, eating specially created meals and beverages, and interacting with management and staff, as part of a previous community service event hosted by Tim Hortons for a nearby orphanage.
While some people praised the store’s opening, others berated the consumers for their enthusiasm.
