Starting with the Chery Tiggo 4 Pro, a new wave of price increases has been initiated.
Ghandhara Automobiles Limited (Chery Pakistan) has not given a specific justification for the price increase. Furthermore, for more than a month, the US Dollar rate has remained at or near Rs. 288.
The updated cost is as follows:
Models | Old Price (Rs.) | Revised Price (Rs.) | Increase (Rs.) |
Tiggo 4 Pro | 6,399,000 | 6,999,000 | 600,000 |
Early in 2022, at the height of the crossover SUV craze, Chery introduced the Tiggo 4 Pro and Tiggo 8 Pro to Pakistan. The Tiggo twins, on the other hand, found it difficult to gain a significant market share, perhaps as a result of the nation’s economic downturn that occurred soon after their launch.
In comparison to other vehicles in its price range, the Tiggo 4 Pro is no longer a good value after the most recent price increase. The Tiggo 4 is comparable to vehicles like the Peugeot 2008 Active at almost Rs. 7 million. The latter has a better brand value even though it is missing a few significant smart features.
The Tiggo SUVs will probably remain at the bottom given the current economic climate, especially at such inflated prices.
