At the TRNSMT music event, a pervert sexually abused a woman and a teenager.
In Glasgow Green, Thomas Forsey held a 17-year-old by the throat and kissed her. He preyed on his victims. After groping a second victim, the monster from Whiteinch followed the two to a fairground ride where he struck once again.
In Glasgow Sheriff Court today, on the second day of the trial against him, the 23-year-old entered a plea of guilty.
After his admission, a narrative of the facts was read to the court.
According to the report, on September 11 of last year, the two women met Forsey at TRNSMT.
The three talked for an hour before heading towards the rides.
Forsey grabbed the youngster by the throat with his hand and started kissing her without her permission, according to prosecutor Abigail McKenna.
The group moved forward toward the rides after Forsey was shoved aside.
Forsey touched the second woman inappropriately after asking a sexually suggestive question while they were waiting to board.
He was urged not to apologise just yet.
Then Forsey repeated the same action.
Without Forsey, the two women made an independent attempt to board the vehicle.
He nevertheless informed the conductor that he was travelling with the two and alighted next to them.
He sat next to the adolescent and reached out to touch her thigh while running his hand up her leg.
“Once the ride was over, both women fled and flagged down the police,” Miss McKenna continued.
Meanwhile, Forsey was located and taken into custody.
Sheriff Thomas Ward delayed the sentence pending the results of background checks.
Forsey was concurrently added on the sex offenders register.
