Terrorist attack Karachi police head office: Officials confirmed to Geo News on Friday that armed individuals opened fire at the police department’s headquarters in the port city, which is located on Sharea Faisal.
Police officials reported that multiple bullets were fired at the main office, which is close to the Sadar Police Station, by armed individuals whose numbers are now unclear.
At least 8-10 terrorists are inside the police office, they said, with the exchange of fire still going on despite the passage of more than half an hour.
According to hospital sources, a rescue worker who had been shot has been sent to the Jinnah Hospital. It was discovered that the victim of two bullet wounds was safe.
Rangers have been sent in to help the police fight the terrorists, and the roads leading to the police station have been opened to traffic to keep the public safe.
“The attack on the Karachi police office is not acceptable under any circumstances,” he said, demanding an initial report from the concerned officer immediately.
The chief minister mentioned that he is personally monitoring the situation and has directed officials concerned to arrest the suspects involved.
