After a 48-year-old mother was discovered dead outside her home, a TEN YEAR-OLD has been charged with murder.
On Tuesday morning, Cheshire Police were called to a house on Phoenix Place in Warrington due to an incident.
Chintzia McIntyre, the mother, was declared dead at the scene. Then, the police opened a murder investigation.
The mother’s neighbors, who called her a “lovely” woman, were shocked to hear of her passing and expressed their shock.
It was a “horrendous scene” when police arrived on Monday, a local woman told The Sun.
A 17-year-old boy, who cannot be named for legal reasons, was charged with murder on Thursday, according to the police.
On Thursday, the boy made an appearance at Warrington Magistrates’ Court. He didn’t plead guilty.
The 17-year-old was placed on remand and is scheduled to make a court appearance in November at Liverpool Crown Court.
