Speed on the field is less important than getting wickets, according to Shaheen Shah Afridi, a well-known member of the Pakistan Cricket Team. The player is now playing for Nottinghamshire in English T20 matches.
There have been rumors, though, that he has not fully recovered from the knee injury he recently sustained. Shaheen responded to the allegations by saying that his health has been good and that he has been able to play at 110 kph and take wickets. He went on to say that speed was not important and that any dips would eventually disappear.
Shaheen Shah Afridi is very positive about his health and believes that playing sports is the only way to get fit.
