Three young women who have all been missing for more than 36 hours have sparked an urgent search by COPS.
The three 20-year-olds Sophie Russon, Eve Smith, and Darcy Ross have not been seen since Friday night after having a good time at the Muffler nightclub in Newport, Wales.
In the early hours of March 4, according to the trio’s friends, they travelled to Trecco Bay in neighbouring Porthcawl with two other males who are thought to be missing.
The Mirror identified the couple as Shane Loughlin and Refel Jeanne.
Concerned families of the women claim that none of them have used social media since going missing.
They have posted pictures online and made an information request, claiming that disappearing off the radar is not in keeping with who they are.
Eve Smith’s car is still at the venue, according to her sister Lauren Doyle.
In a social media post, Lauren wrote: “It is known that they went to the Muffler in Maesglas and then went to Trecco Bay on Friday night but left there to an unknown location during the night.
“They were last seen at approximately 2am.
“None of them have made contact with friends or family, which is very unusual. We are all worried sick and thinking the worst.”
According to a relative of Shane’s, the man is gone and his family is collaborating with police to find him.
A spokeswoman for the Gwent Police stated that they were looking into the disappearances.
