the people defending brooklyne after what sofia gomez came out with actually baffles me. why would you rather support a potential sexual assaulter than support someone who could potentially be a liar? like? hello???

part of the reason y’all are so quick to call brooklynnexo sexually assaulting sofia gomez a “misunderstanding” is because brooklynne is a famous white woman. if brooklynne was nonwhite or a man, absolutely no one would call this a “misunderstanding,” because it’s not.

TikToker Sofia has accused her ex-girlfriend Brooklynne of sexual assault after the star claimed that her ex had repeatedly abused her over the course of a single night on social media on Wednesday, Aug. 24.
Additionally, Sofia made serious accusations of sexual assault on her ex, which has caused a huge outcry among both of their fan bases.
The 20-year-old Sofia announced the end of her relationship in a video that was posted to her TikTok account.
She just shared an acoustic song on the platform with the words “I truly do wish I could tell you guys that this isn’t about Brooklynne but it is,” without going into much detail about the breakup.
She continued in her video to claim that her ex had sexually attacked her. She posted a video named “Explanation” on her account with the caption, “I really didn’t want to have like the post about this breakup because of the way it ended, cuz that’s just not cool. I just don’t want anyone else to get hurt the way I did.”
She went on to say that Brooklynne, also known as Xobrooklynne on social media, had repeatedly tried to assault her despite her repeated requests for her to stop and her unequivocal commands to “No.”
She continued by saying that all she wanted to do was go to bed over it, but when she realised what had transpired, she ended their relationship.
She also disclosed that she was in treatment but that she truly wanted to share her experience so that no one else would have to go through the same unpleasant circumstances.
“For everyone who was worried about me, thank you, I have extremely amazing people surrounding me,” the Internet sensation is heard saying in her video.
As supporters continue to express their outrage over what transpired, the accusations of sexual assault against Sofia have ignited a fire and a conflict on social media.
Brooklynne, on the other hand, has an altogether other account to share that surely looks plausible. The 18-year-old social media influencer described what took place that evening in perfect detail.
Brooklynne also used her social media accounts to broadcast a video in which she appeared to indicate that on Sunday, August 14, after a brief get-together with a few friends, she returned to her apartment with Sofia.
She added that Sofia had pulled out an adult toy from her luggage, which she had brought with her on purpose.
She further clarified that she was in a “consensual romantic” relationship with Sofia and never touched her with that toy.
She further added that, “We were going to come closer when Sofia said, “I’m tired, I’m going to sleep.”
In addition, she told her admirers that Gomez kept up their customary conversation with her without once expressing to her that she was “uncomfortable” with what had happened that evening.
“On August 21, Gomez called to tell me that she was ending our relationship because I made her feel uncomfortable,” she said.
Brooklynne admitted that since this was her first split and she hadn’t even posted anything online, she immediately apologised for not addressing the problem sooner.
In the closing remarks of her video, the 18-year-old social media influencer pleaded with her fans and followers to refrain from sending hateful messages to her ex, Sofia Gomez.
